Q: Why are you at the LMHR festival?

A: "I love music and I hate racism. It's a good thing to be part of. I watched the previous footage from the events and I knew I wanted to be a part of it.
"It's real deep. For me to be a part of it is a pleasure. It's not a normal festival. It is something that is positive and meaningful."

Q: How are things going in your career at the moment?

A: "I'm doing very well. I'm 21 and I've had two top five hits already and I've worked with Elton John. He rang me the other day. That is one of the biggest achievements of my career and made up for me losing out at the MOBOs.
"I appreciate everything that has happened. I try to stay humble. I not want to have one year of success. I want longevity.
"I have a new album out on September the 4th called Stardom which I'm really looking forward to releasing."

Q: What is the key to your success?

A: "Working hard and my mum. If it wasn't for my mum I wouldn't be here. She motivated me and made me put the effort into my work."
